| RECEIVING YOUR GOODS The Stayfast commitment to quality service does not end when you have placed your order. The greatest care is taken in ensuring that goods are received in the condition that they should be. Large and/or delicate items are carefully flat-packed in protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Clear, simple-to-follow assembly instructions are included where necessary.
HOW TO ORDER You can order by telephone, fax, post, e-mail, online or in person at our showroom.
DELIVERY Small items will be sent by parcel post, larger items by carrier. Delivery is usually next working day. Special next day delivery can be arranged at extra cost.
Should you wish, any order may be collected from our showroom; our sales team will advise you on stock availability.
DELIVERY CHARGES Will be advised when an enquiry or order is made.
VAT VAT will be charged on goods and carriage charges at the current applicable rate.
DISCOUNTS Discounts are often available on large or multiple orders. Please call our sales team to discuss in detail.
CHARITABLE ENTERPRISES Stayfast has a policy of actively encouraging businesses with charitable status. Please contact our sales team for further details.
RETURNED GOODS For return of goods ordered incorrectly, a handling charge of 10% of the items value may be charged. Any carriage or collection charges incurred in returning such goods may be payable by the customer.
PAYMENT Payment is made when completing your online oder at the 'check-out' page. If you order by phone, we will advise you of the total balance that you should forward (including carriage, VAT etc). Alternatively, we can send you a Pro-Forma invoice.
Make your payment on the telephone by credit card or by forwarding a cheque, crossed and made payable to "Stayfast Limited".
