Selling shopfittings requires a great deal of knowledge and experience. After all, you can’t advise a customer of the best solutions for their needs if you or your colleagues don’t have an in-depth understanding of the products and options available.

We are justifiably proud of the team we have built over the years. Between them, the team members can assist with everything from the selection of the best shopfittings, accessories and retail essentials right through to the pain-free delivery of your items to your premises.

Supported by a dedicated ‘back-stage’ warehouse staff, these are the key team members:

Mike Baker-General Manager
Mike was Stayfast’s first ever employee and has been with us for over 26 years. During this time, he has acquired and encyclopedic knowledge of shopfittings and accessories. Although Mike’s duties include the day-to-day management of Stayfast, he is always available to liaise and assist with our customers.

Craig Stewart-Sales Supervisor
Craig has been with us for over 10 Years, during which his dedicated and professional approach has made him a natural choice to manage some of our key accounts. Thanks to his expert knowledge of the products, Craig is the contact for Special Orders.

Kelly Durbin-Sales Advisor
A Stayfast team member for more than 3 years, Kelly’s excellent customer service skills offer our clients an unparalleled level of care, especially when they’re dealing with the stress of a new shop opening!

Derek Colley-Despatch Manager
Leader of the team ‘back stage’, Derek has been with us for over 12 years. Derek’s duties include running our busy despatch department – a vital role within any company providing with a UK-wide mail order service - and controlling the ‘goods in’ section.

Maggie Jones-Accounts Administrator
Another of the team behind the scenes, Maggie has been with Stayfast 11 years. An accounts professional with large organisations for many years, Maggie has full responsibility for the financial control systems we have in place.
